Obituary for Emily Jean Pahl (Brockman)

Emily Jean Pahl (Brockman)
Emily J. (Brockman) Pahl, passed away peacefully in her sleep unexpectedly on September 11, 2016. The daughter of Duane and Pamela (Siebers) Brockman was born January 15, 1981 in Appleton. Emily touched many lives in her career as a Registered Nurse working at Theda Care Hospital. She married Greg Pahl on August 31, 2013 at their beautiful home allowing everyone to enjoy and celebrate their new life together.
Emily was an incredible person and loved spending time with Owen, Greg, family, and friends. They were her passion and delight. She also loved watching Owen’s activities, going to the cottage, motorcycle rides, traveling, camping, gardening, crafts, coaching volleyball, a good chap stick, and had a special ability to make a house a home. Emily lived life with great enthusiasm and kindness.
No farewell words were spoken, no time to say good bye, you were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. May you find comfort in the hands of angels.
Emily will be missed by her husband Greg; son Owen; parents, Duane and Pam; sister Kate (Rory) Hurst and their children Holden and Brecken; grandmother Patricia Siebers; mother-in-law and father-in-law Gary and Judy Pahl; sister-in-law Leanne (Robert) Jakab and their children Amanda and Lauren; special friends: Tara, Christy, Nikki, Tammy, Herb(Christopher), Pahly (Chad), Tabitha and Tracy.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Richard Siebers; and paternal grandparents Vilas and Germaine Brockman.
Family and friends may visit at St. Katherine Drexel Parish-St. Mary Church, 119 W. Seventh Street, Kaukauna, on Friday, September 16, from 9:30am until 11:30am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon Friday with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Cotter Funeral Home and Crematory of Wrightstown is assisting the family.
